About the accommodation

HYGGE Apartments offers two separate, fully equipped apartments in Rožmberk nad Vltavou, just a few minutes from Lipno lake. Each apartment has its own entrance, keyless access and complete privacy. The only shared space is the garden with a fire pit and wintery views of the surrounding forest and Rožmberk Castle.

Each apartment is 80 m² and includes an entrance hall, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a spacious living-kitchen room.
The ground-floor apartment features a large terrace — perfect for wrapping up in a blanket with a hot drink, while the upper apartment offers a cozy porch with a view you'll never want to walk away from — even on frosty mornings.

At HYGGE Apartments, comfort is part of the experience: hypoallergenic bedding, a choice of soft and firm pillows including buckwheat, underfloor heating with individual thermostats in every room, and a fully equipped kitchen with quality coffee options.
You'll also find board games and books — ideal for long winter evenings offline.

Bedrooms

All bedrooms offer comfortable beds that suit every type of sleeper. You'll find big soft pillows, smaller firmer ones and popular buckwheat pillows. All bedding is hypoallergenic and the rooms are designed to create a calm, winter-cozy atmosphere.

Bathroom

Towels and a hairdryer are ready for you — nothing to pack.
Our bathrooms are prepared for weekend stays or longer holidays.
Each room throughout the apartment features underfloor heating and its own thermostat, so you can warm up just the way you like after a cold day outside.

Living Room

The largest space in each apartment is the living room: a cozy lounge area with two comfortable sofa beds, a smart TV and plenty of natural light — even on short winter days.
It's combined with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area — ideal for slow breakfasts and hygge evenings together.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped for everything from simple breakfast to family dinner.
You'll find fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, blender, toaster, kettle, capsule coffee machine, moka pot and french press.

Of course there's cookware, pans, utensils, towels, baking paper, dishwasher tablets, washing-up supplies — and basics like coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar and oil, so you can relax the moment you arrive.
